Online only. The gift card is issued by the store you choose and can be redeemed only at checkout on that store’s website. It cannot be used in store or at other 7th Heaven stores, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift card terms
Each gift card is issued by the 7th Heaven store you choose and can be redeemed only at checkout on that store’s website.
Online only – gift cards cannot be used in store or at any other 7th Heaven store.
Use it as full or part payment. Any remaining balance stays on the card for future orders; if your order costs more, pay the difference with another payment method.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, no change is given, and they cannot be used to buy another gift card.
Gift cards are valid for 14 months from the date of purchase; the expiry date is shown in your gift card email.
Keep your gift card code safe. If it is lost or used without permission, contact the store that issued it as soon as possible – we may be able to replace the remaining balance where we can verify the purchase.
If an item bought with a gift card is refunded, the amount paid by gift card is returned to the gift card.
Changed your mind? Contact the issuing store within 14 days of purchase and an unused gift card will be refunded to your original payment method.
